Vacancy: Internship – Clinics & Events at Surfcenter

Are you a bachelor’s student pursuing a sport or marketing-related degree, passionate about watersports, and eager to gain hands-on experience at a fast-growing, innovative company? Surfcenter is looking for a motivated Intern to help develop and execute our clinics and events, taking our brand to the next level.

Surfcenter, founded in 1976, has grown from a local surf shop to a dynamic market leader under the leadership of two young professionals and Nico Prien, the world’s biggest windsurfing influencer and professional athlete. Our mission is to share our passion for surfing, inspire people to get back on the water, and redefine the market with our unique style.

What You’ll Do
As an intern at Surfcenter, you'll:

  • Develop Clinics:
    • Assist in developing, expanding and optimizing Surfcenter’s clinic offerings and its marketing
  • Help Organize Events:
    • Plan, organize, and execute Surfcenter’s events.
  • Assist in marketing of the clinics, lessons and events organized by Surfcenter
     

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. Ideal candidates are:

  • Strong Communicators: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-On Problem Solvers: You’re a doer, not just a planner—you execute with precision.
  • Organized & Independent: You take ownership of tasks, work systematically, and thrive in autonomy.
  • Experienced Teachers or Event Planners: Prior experience in teaching, organizing, or leading activities is a plus.
  • Passionate About Watersports: Bonus points if you windsurf or wingfoil yourself!
