Special shipping for used gear
Shipping for used items on the website is always included in the price.
With the option "pick up", these shipping costs are deducted from the product as a discount during online checkout.
On Marktplaats, shipping is not included in the price, and shipping costs are charged separately with the order.
With a combined webshop order of new and used products, the shipping costs are only for your own account if the used package is larger than the new package (and therefore cannot be added to the new package).
Delivery time
All products in stock can be shipped immediately.
All products are shipped with carriers selected by Surfcenter. These companies ensure that your order is delivered to your home quickly.
Inventory
All products in the webshop are immediately available through our current stock system. However, it is possible that a product is (temporarily) no longer available.
You can check the stock status with us before you order (mail to jack@surfcenter.nl). If you have ordered and paid for a product, you will receive the amount back within 5 days.
