Right to withdraw

You have the right to return the purchased gear within 30 days after you made your purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email: aloha@surf-center.com, Phone: +31850 481 281) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

 

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). But you as customer have to take care of payment and Surfcenter receiving the returned items yourself. We will pay out after the item hes returned to Surfcenter ans is received in such a state it can be sold as 'new'.

There’s nothing more annoying than a SUP that is too unstable for you or a board that just doesn’t have enough buoyancy for you to easily lift your sail. That’s why we have the Surfcenter Fun Guarantee. If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, report it and we will look for a suitable alternative for you. Because our customers are our ambassadors!

Therefore:

  • Returns are always free, with the exception of used items (unless damage is not mentioned)
  • We will pay your return shipping costs up to 30 days after purchase; Please return the products unused
  • You can exchange your board or sail for up to 3 months free of charge for another sail or board when you visit our shop in Steendam! Come and visit us in our shop so that we can find a better alternative and you can also test it on the ever beautiful Schildmeer.

  • Put the article in the packaging and with the labels in the box. Also add the Surfcenter payment confirmation or invoice.
  • Paste the supplied address sticker on the box. You will receive this address label from us if you request a return above.
  • Bring the package to a collection point.
