Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within sixty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is ninety days starting from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Surfcenter, Roegeweg 1, 9629 Steendam, Netherlands, aloha@surf-center.com, Phone: +31850 481 281) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

That’s why we have the Surfcenter Fun Guarantee. If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, report it and we will look for a suitable alternative for you. Because our customers are our ambassadors!

Therefore:

  • Returns are always free, with the exception of used items (unless damage is not mentioned)
  • We will pay your return shipping costs up to 30 days after purchase; Please return the products unused
  • You can exchange your board or sail for up to 3 months free of charge for another sail or board when you visit our shop in Steendam! Come and visit us in our shop so that we can find a better alternative and you can also test it on the ever beautiful Schildmeer.

  • Put the article in the packaging and with the labels in the box. Also add the Surfcenter payment confirmation or invoice.
  • Paste the supplied address sticker on the box. You will receive this address label from us if you request a return above.
  • Bring the package to a collection point.
