Duotone Falcon_Foil D/LAB 2024

Over the past 3 years, Dani Aeberli (Boards Product Manager) and Vasin Siritho (Boards Implementation and QC Manager) have developed a technology that qualifies the FALCON_FOIL for the D/LAB label. Instead of the usual Semi-Custom technology, they now use a 100% Full-Custom technology. This is called CUSTOM CNC SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY.

Even before heading out onto the water, one can already get an idea of what to expect. Simply lift the board, and you'll be shocked by how light it is. Then, tap on the hull, and you'll immediately notice how stiff the board is. Compare it to a typical Semi-Custom production board, and the difference is unmistakable.

The result on the water is truly breathtaking. Due to the massively reduced weight (up to 500g) and the incredible additional stiffness, even the unchanged shapes feel like an entirely new board. The acceleration is on a completely different level than anything produced before.

According to the latest PWA foil rules for 2024, only one board size can be registered. This allowed them to focus all their development on this one board, refine the shape down to the last millimeter, and perfect every single detail.

**AIRFLOW CONCEPT**
In their CAD design process, they seamlessly integrated the latest Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology for aerodynamic analysis. This advanced approach ensures optimized airflow, significantly reducing air resistance and increasing top speed.

**RECESSED MAST FOOT**
The recessed mast foot area keeps the rig connection low and improves control.

**SMOOTH TOUCHDOWN**
The optimized scoop rocker line, open V in the bow area, and special extended tail cutouts make jibing more forgiving and help maintain top speed more consistently.
