Slalom and Freerace Fin | Review and comparison
In October 2022 we gave 28 different fin brands the chance to send in their fins for our review. We received 13 fins to test. Here's what we found out.
The information we gave to the fin brands were:
- We will test with the "medium" slalom board - meaning a width of 70-73cm.
- The weights of the riders are 85-90kg.
- The fin brands could choose which fin they wanted to send in for the test.
Under what conditions we tested:
- 17-25 knots
- Small to big chop
- Sails: 6.6 and 6.8 cambered slalom sails
- Spot: Rinkobing Fjord, Denmark
