The ACZ: the best compromise between a camber and camberless sail? Have you ever dreamed of a camberless sail with the same features and performance as a camber sail? The ACZ is coming very close!
2 in 1? Point-7 claims that the ACZ is both: both a camber and camberless sail. What exactly do they mean by this? Under the boom, the ACZ has a camber profile: a wide mast cover and two cambers. Above the boom, the ACZ has the characteristics of a no-camber sail, a narrow camberless mast trunk. This should provide the same great racing experience you have with a cambered sail. Sailing with the ACZ will give many slalom surfers the same kick as sailing with a different camber sail.
Waterstarting and jibes The biggest advantage of the ACZ: with the ACZ you have a sail that will rail your board just like a fullrace sail does, with the convenience of a camberless sail during the water start and in the jibe. The narrow mast trunk in the upper part of the sail will ensure that your entire mast trunk does not fill with water. Water starting is therefore lighter. The wide mast trunk under the boom provides enough pressure to rail your board and achieve maximum speeds.
Mono film and colors The monofilm of the ACK is black. We are often asked if you can see through it? Yes, of course! Although the sail on the shore sometimes doesn't seem transparent, on the water you see everything crisp and clear :) The ACK is available in two colors, black and yellow. Which color do you prefer?
