Duotone S_PACE 2022

The S_pace 2021 is the fast freerace model from the sailing range. The 3-in1 model from Duotone! The freerace sail with both race/slalom and freeride properties. The S_Pace is in between the Warp and E_pace in terms of performance: the S_pace has the racing genes of the Warp with a deep profile that generates a lot of power, giving the sail a sporty and fast character. This wider mast trunk and this deeper profile give you more power and better acceleration than an E_pace with a narrower mast. A faster freeracer!

Compared to the Warp, with the S_pace you opt for slightly more ease and comfort while sailing. This makes jibes easier, the sail easier to control and you can fully focus on the board. For most, this will indirectly also result in high(er) terminal speeds! In addition, you can last longer on the water compared to the Warp.

Also good to know: when using the S_Pace for foiling, this sail has an extra eye at the clew of the sail, which makes the sail stand up straight: this is better for the sailing performance on the foil.

Who is the S_Pace suitable for?
The sail is suitable for sportier slalommers who are looking for maximum (final) speed, acceleration and sailing pleasure as well as for freeriders who sail faster and are ready for the next step!

Different trim options
The sail can be trimmed so that it functions very well in both minimum and maximum wind range. So you have a wide range of use. This allows you to sail with a smaller sailing range in all circumstances. Adjusting the S_PACE trim for minimum/maximum wind conditions changes the sail significantly, making it possible to achieve maximum performance in all wind conditions! Less luff tension/downhaul gives a very tight retard, high tension/more downhaul leads to a loose retard. These trim options are indicated by two MIN and MAX points in the sail. On MIN setting you can pump easily and accelerate quickly (also ideal as foil sail trim). On the MAX setting, the S_PACE with loose leech is very similar to the WARP and becomes very stable and fast in maximum wind conditions.

Optimal performance and camber rotation at all times!
The new, length-adjustable HYPER CAMS 2.0 provide unique profile stability and smooth rotation. HYPER CAM 2.0 is the camber revolution for even better sailing performance. The secret is a variable slide that is adjusted with a Torx stainless steel screw, which determines the camber length. The camber length can be changed and adjusted to their preferences by anyone in seconds, even under full sail tension.
