After the 2022 redesign, the team behind the WARP_FIN made continuous adjustments to every size, resulting in their best slalom racing sails to date. In 2023, their impressive racing statistics spoke for themselves: they were the only brand to secure PWA Slalom Race wins, with both Pierre Mortefon and Jordy Vonk achieving victories over foils. In 2022, they boasted 8 Slalom World Championships and 20 World Class Podiums.

So, what makes these sails exceptional? For starters, the WARP_FIN is ready to race right out of the bag. Unlike most slalom racing sails, it requires no time-consuming fine-tuning. Their aim is for windsurfers to rig the sail according to the visual markers and enjoy the same performance as their racing team.

In the world of racing, maximum acceleration, control, and endurance are paramount. The High Aspect Ratio design, especially in larger sizes, with a shortened boom length and a forward-shifted profile, offers less power, lighter handling, and increased control. Stiffer tube battens stabilize the shape even in strong winds.

The sail is more balanced, less fatiguing, and highly controllable. Acceleration has been significantly improved to allow for catching up after the start and during jibes. Their NO COMPROMISE DESIGN concept involves shifting the draft position slightly higher, leading to enhanced planing and acceleration with reduced resistance.
