PATRIK AEON Windsurf Foil

The Patrik AEON Foil is for every foiler who has spent their first hours on the foil and is looking for a faster foil that can handle all directions. Simplicity, sturdy construction, and a lot of adjustment options make you feel at home quickly with a foil like this.

The AEON Foil mast is currently considered the stiffest on the market. Stiffness means stability, something incredibly important for foiling at high speeds. The mast widens at the top, which also provides a stable feeling during planning.
 
The AEON Mast is available in 2 different lengths: 95 cm for Slalom and 100 cm for Course Race. Both lengths still have two variants, one of which is a more budget-friendly option. The 95 cm slalom mast has the DIM-S version as the highest quality mast, also used by professionals. The DIM-M variant is thicker but retains the same stiffness as the DIM-S. This mast is slightly cheaper. The 100 cm course race mast has the DIM-L version as the highest quality mast and the DIM-XL as the budget-friendly alternative. The DIM-XL is slightly thicker (about 1mm) but has the same stiffness as the DIM-L.

The Patrik Aeon Fuselages have received a very solid connection to the foil mast, with only 2 M6 bolts. This is because the 'pocket' of the fuselage tapers on one side of the large V in the middle and not on the other side. Thanks to this 'self-locking' system, the foil feels incredibly stiff as a whole.
 The fuselages are available in titanium and aluminum. Titanium fuselages, like the masts, are superior in stiffness and thickness when it comes to performance. The aluminum fuselages are slightly thicker and have the best price-quality ratio. Both types of fuselages are available in 3 variants, V1, V2, and V3. These variants differ in the distance between the mast and the front wing. The V1 fuselage has the greatest distance, the V2 is 2.5 cm smaller, and the V3 is another 2.5 cm smaller. This means that the V1 fuselage will provide the most power and is suitable for heavier surfers and in light weather. The V3 provides the least power and is suitable for lighter surfers and in heavy weather. The V2 is the all-around fuselage suitable for most foilers and in most conditions and is also used by PWA rider Michele Becker.

The Patrik AEON frontwings are developed with efficiency as the main goal. As a result, the wings have a lot of power, and you can easily choose wings that are 50-80cm2 smaller than other wings on the market. They stand out especially in light wind, where the double concave in the wings generates a lot of lift compared to other foils. The AEON Frontwings are available in two variants, DNA.H (Hard) and DNA.M (Medium). The H variant is used by racers who want to get the most out of their equipment. This wing is extra stiff. The DNA.M wings are slightly softer but very attractive for many foilers due to their good price-quality ratio.

The Patrik AEON backwings are designed differently than many other foils; the tips of the wings point downwards, just like the frontwings. This was developed in this way to ensure that you can fly at maximum height without the tips of the wings sticking out of the water, causing crashes.
 
The AEON backwings are available in sizes 165 and 195 square centimeters and are developed only in the DNA.H (Hard) construction.
 
Another special point about the backwing is that it is not only adjustable in angle but also in position: you can move the wing forward for more lift and backward for less lift. Patrik Diethelm himself prefers to move the wing in position rather than placing many shims under the wing to avoid unnecessary resistance.
