PATRIK Ride Foil

Drawing inspiration from the race-winning slalom foil sails, PATRIK incorporated the locked, low-backhand-pressure design into the Ride Foil, resulting in an exceptional freeride foil sail that combines ease-of-use and impressive performance.

To protect against impacts while maintaining weight efficiency, the sail bottom part is constructed with thicker x-ply material. The main window consists of a solid and thick monofilm, providing excellent visibility, impact resistance, and reduced weight. And, of course, shape stability is paramount in this sail's performance, so PATRIK ensured it remains a key strength.

A smooth and easy ride on a foil sail is essential to maintain balance and avoid trouble caused by changing power loads. To achieve this, make sure to use enough downhaul as indicated by the color change on the batten sleeves. Tailor the amount of backhand power to your preference and body weight by adjusting the outhaul. For strong winds or when feeling overpowered, opt for the lower clew position.
