Fanatic Viper

The Fanatic Viper is designed for beginners and perfect to learn windsurfing. It is used by many windsurfing-schools throughout the world. This board is meant to make the first few meters as easy and comfortable as possible. Its wide design and big volume will allow you to focus on your balance, and will prevent you from falling too often. This way, you will master the basics in no time!

The Viper is meant for the first phase: lifting the sail, sailing away and landing your first tacks and jibes. Even though the board is not designed to go fast, it comes with footstraps. This will allow you to gain experience surfing with your harness engaged and the feet in the straps quickly.

Go for this board if you have little to no windsurf-experience and if you still have difficulty with the basics. It is made to accompany you from the first steps until your first planning experiences.

If you mastered the basics, you could think about a freeride board like the Gecko. But do this only if the Viper has no secrets to you anymore.
