RADICAL DOWN-THE-LINE WAVE BOARD

The latest generation of Ultimate Waves from JP adds a touch of magic to the already excellent down-the-line windsurfing experience. Designed for riding clean waves, these boards build on the success of their predecessors, which dominated competitions and earned titles on the IWT Wave tour and Aloha Classic. The new Ultimate Waves, born from the feedback of riders using Magic Waves on the world tour, promise an even more engaging and reliable ride for advanced wave sailors.

Shaper Werner Gnigler blended the Magic Wave tail with the Ultimate Wave nose in the prototypes, resulting in a board that allows riders to go more vertical, confidently hit lips, and plane more quickly. The hybrid boards offer fun and control, regardless of wave height. Significant changes in shape include a straighter center scoop rocker line, a Vee transformation, and a refined swallow tail for maximum grip in high-speed turns.

The fin box and standing positions have been adjusted for greater control and maneuverability on the wave, giving riders the ability to unleash their skills in various surf conditions. The five fin box setup, now all slot boxes, provides a key asset for tuning, allowing riders to use their own preferred wave fins. The new models come without fins to save riders unnecessary costs.
